	Moving the chapter to doorstep of Industry for solving the technical problems
	Bringing scientific and research culture in the industries of sustaining members
	Making chapter as a strong base for automotive and heat treatment sectors
	Spreading the co-operative technical culture amongst the professional societies
	Promoting members and sharpening their knowledge to take up challenging assignments
	Developing youngsters as new leaders of the chapter
	Bringing the medical doctors into ASM fold as promoters of BIO MATERIALS and ENGINEERING FIELD
	Make the consultancy cell stronger to raise the revenue of chapter
	Spreading the activities of ASM through regular distribution of various pamphlets
	Nurturing the members to win regularly national and international awards and recognitions
	Harnessing the skills of members to serve in several committee’s of ASM
	Make the executive committee meetings as a caring and meeting place for the spouses and their children to promote cultural understanding
	Raising the funds for promoting ASM sports and cultural program teams
	Expand the horizon of the chapter to remote and rural parts of the country
	Knitting the technical program of the chapter keeping the changing trends of technology in mind
	Bringing the upcoming industry leaders to the chapter for enthusing the members by their success stories
	Making India Council Activities a Grand success
	Establishing a Good Rapport with ASM-IIM Lecturers and invite them to the Chapter
	Organising Certification Courses in Local Language to Gross Root Workers
	Serving as a base for information on recruitment of Metallurgists and Qualified Personnel
	Organizing two INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE on materials related subjects
